Hearts are used to heal your minos.

Version 1

The HP recovered from hearts is equal to your vitality stat.

$Vitality = \lfloor(defense\div100) + 20\rfloor$

Which can be expressed as.

$Vitality = \lfloor (0.21\times level ) + 20.42\rfloor$

Health = 10 x level + 90

Health forumla in v2 onwards

$Health = \lfloor (0.5\times defense ) + 0.33 \times (attack + elemental) \rfloor$

Version 2

HP recovered is proportional to your level

$Recover = \lfloor0.75\times level\rfloor$

Version 3

HP recovered is always 3% of your max HP in normal gameplay.

$Recover = \min(\lfloor0.03\times HP\rfloor,\lfloor1.2\times level\rfloor)$

Types

Individual: Individual hearts are collected as drops during battle.

Heart boxes: These are found on the map.
